Sm 4to white hardcover with a red text label to the spine and front cover, black and white text, and decorative red fleur de lis pattern to both boards and the spine, red dyed top-edge. Pictorial dust jacket with a cover illustration of Julia Child, Louisette Bertholle, and Simone Beck working with their Maitre, Chef Max Bugnard, to the rear. xv pgs + 684 pgs + xxxii pg index. Illustrations. Very Good book and Good dust jacket. The book is slightly shelfworn with a couple horizontal creases to the lower spine. There is a quarter-sized light abrasion and light crease to the lower edge of the half title page. Otherwise clean with slightly toned pages. The dust jacket is more heavily toned with a few small chips to the edges near the spine, and one larger dime-sized chip to the front panel near the crown. The jacket flaps show very minor splits. Price clipped.
