Heavy shelf wear to boards and erosion to leather spine. Boards rubbed, scuffed, with a 1.25 inch tear on the rear board. Corners bumped. Dampstaining on boards along spine, title page slightly dampstained at lower-left. Text block split in half at page 314. Both boards detached. A few pages have tears of about 1 in.
