Inscribed by the author to his goddaughter Ella Mack on title page. Fair book. Spine tips slightly frayed. Hinges cracked and front endpages and map detached. A few small pencil notes throughout text, else inside clean and bright. Includes original publisher's ad and author's "In Memoriam" card laid in.
