When the Argentine economy collapsed under the folly of neoliberalism, many of the workers did not just curl up and die, as they were apparently expected to do. Instead, they took over the businesses they had been running for bosses and began running them for themselves. Buenos Aires editorial and activist collective lavaca reports on how ten reclaimed factories are getting along now, several years on. Lavaca published the 2004 Spanish edition, which was translated by Federico Moreno. It is not indexed. Annotation ©2007 Book News, Inc., Portland, OR (booknews.com)
